Undertook a V02 max test with Steve. It was a great measure of fitness and has helped me plan my training going forward. Steve is great with approach and a great coach.

I did the VO2 max test with Steve. His knowledge and explanation of the procedure and how to interpret the results was very professional and would definitely recommend it

Highly recommend completing Steve’s VO2 Max testing, a professionally delivered service from start to finish with an excellent insight into a key metric for health and fitness. Having a test that can provide meaningful insight as opposed to predicted number provides a great base line for further re tests to review how training phases impact fitness levels. I will certainly be back

Stop guessing your fitness level. Steve will show you the exact numbers and data to change the game!Steve’s knowledge and passion are next-level. He guided me through the whole process, made everything simple to understand, and then gave me a clear, personalised breakdown of my scores and talked me thru exactly how to use them to train smarter and get results faster.I’ve walked out feeling fired up with a clear plan and a huge boost of motivation. If you care about your performance, you need to do this. Don’t be the one still guessing while everyone else is making serious gains.

Clock Out Conditioning at Oakhurst – Loved it!Tried the first class on Tuesday and it was brilliantThe setup was 5 rounds of 45-second workouts with a quick breather in between—using the assault bike, rowing machine, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises for a full-body blast.I left feeling tired but amazing (and a bit sore the next day!).Highly recommend if you're up for a challenge and want to feel great after.

I've been training with Steve for a few months now, and I have to say, he's very experienced and has been supportive to my needs. During Ramadan, Steve took extra care to tailor a special program that suited my needs while fasting. I really appreciated the effort he put into ensuring I stayed safe and healthy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer who caters to your individual needs. Thank you Steve for looking after me.

I've been training with Steve for the past 5-6 months, and the improvements in my fitness and overall wellness have been significant. Despite having 60% paralysis on my right side and diminished arm muscle functionality following life-saving surgery, I've felt noticeable muscle development in my arms and an overall increase in fitness. Steve has tailored the training program to my personal needs, taking into account my age, my current health issues and my fitness goals. I've made progress, particularly with weights, and can now push my body weight on the leg press. Steve's coaching style has been instrumental in regulating my competitive nature, ensuring I don't push myself too hard. His support has kept me motivated, and I've even looked forward to my gym sessions. Thanks to Steve, I've made some small lifestyle and mindset changes that have kept me coming back to the gym. I highly recommend Steve's training services to anyone over forty; his ability to motivate and personalise training to specific needs is exceptional. I know he genuinely wants me to succeed.

I have been working 1:1 with Steve for a while now as well as attending various classes he runs. As a Mum of two young kids my ambition at the start was to simply get stronger and fitter with a long term mindset. Steve has been a fantastic coach, so much so that not only have I achieved this, but my goals and ambition have grown too along with a genuine love and enthusiasm for fitness. His relaxed and un pressured approach has helped me gain confidence and a belief in myself that I hadn't had in a long time after having kids. I even put myself in a fitness event which I never would've believed I could do a few years ago and loved every second! I don’t believe that would have happened if I hadn't had Steve supporting and coaching me. If you are looking for a PT then you've found them!

I was first a bit anxious as Steve is very physically fit. I came to Steve with shin splints but we worked on this and they quickly went away. But when I met him I felt he has a calming personality I find my workouts tuff but also fun and challenging Training with Steve has built up my self confidence as well as my physical fitness. He will push you a little harder each workout. I have achieved a lot with Steve doing physical demanding workouts involving many exercises at once. I am a lot more flexible and and can do forward and reverse lunges easily. I really enjoy the hiit elements of our workouts too. I highly recommend him.

Steve is an absolutely brilliant trainer. Incredibly knowledgeable about program design, technique, strength training and endurance building.He also puts a tonne of time and effort into giving really thoughtful feedback on workouts, which drives improvements.I can't properly do justice to the effect he's had on my fitness and performance.
