I've been training with Steve for the past 5-6 months, and the improvements in my fitness and overall wellness have been significant. Despite having 60% paralysis on my right side and diminished arm muscle functionality following life-saving surgery, I've felt noticeable muscle development in my arms and an overall increase in fitness.
